The TPs, which contract with management firms like American Logistics to provide the transportation services for health plans, ranked American Logistics as their top choice (83%) among other top NEMT management firms.

The survey found that TPs generally viewed NEMT brokers positively as a valuable part of the care delivery process, helping to streamline operations and support access to healthcare. Moreover, TPs overwhelmingly said brokers are essential for managing the complex requirements and regulations inherent in NEMT programs.

TPs noted the technology streamlines operations by automating trip documentation, providing real-time GPS tracking, and facilitating seamless billing processes, thereby enhancing data accuracy and operational efficiency.
