As part of our complete, purpose-built transportation benefit management system, we offer TripKit as a web-based application for health care staff or a white-labeled mobile app for members. The web application enables health plan staff members to perform any and all functions that are also performed by our contact center. To provide this full transportation benefit management capability, TripKit Web has the following features:
This feature provides detailed visibility into member eligibility and any utilization of their allotted benefit. This includes the date ranges of their eligibility as last received from the health plan, and a summary of trips available in their benefit. To better understand the utilization to date of the benefit, this feature includes a summary of trips already completed vs. future trips scheduled against that benefit, and information about how those trips are allocated across the different benefits offered. With this comes detailed visibility into utilization of the benefit offered, such as medical trips vs. trips related to social determinants of health.
This shows a detailed listing of all trips taken over the last 13 months, to fully support any passenger needs or inquiries. At a glance, TripKit users can see when each trip was taken, where they were picked up, and where they were dropped off

This trip detail view includes displaying all information gathered at the time of reservation, plus information regarding the service of the trip. This includes information about a provider’s driver and the color, make, and model of the vehicle used on the trip. Lastly, this view also shows the service details of the trip including the onsite, pickup, and drop off events. These are presented as data points showing the time of the event, and they are also shown on the map. For trips currently in progress, the current vehicle location is shown along with any events that have already occurred
TripKit also includes a complete reservation process. Reservations entered via this software are fully guided, and all parameters and guidelines set by the health plan are fulfilled. This includes confirming that the member is eligible for the trip on the date it is scheduled, validating that the trip is covered by the available benefit, and verifying that the trip parameters are compliant with all other parameters (maximum trip length, approved location, service area, etc.)
TripKit is fully compliant with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and has been designed from the ground up for usability and efficiency. The software is also fully secure, and compliant with all SOC2 standards. This is the exact same software used by our agents internally, allowing a full-service experience to be delivered by anyone a health plan decides to make it available to.
Members have the need to manage their own mobility, integrate their appointments with the rest of their activities, stay close to their loved ones, and rely on the expertise of the company with the longest pedigree in the market when it comes to coordinating mobility. All those ingredients were the foundations of the TripKit design, an app that meets the standards of usability and quality, placing the member at the core of its essence. With all the features of our management view, our mobile application extends functionality to a seamless experience for smart phone users
